Loaded Baked Potato Salad
Cut 7 Yukon gold potatoes into pieces

Cover with cold water

Add 1 tsp salt, cover, and cook on high until tender

Drain potatoes. Add 3/4 c sour cream & 6 Tb mayo

Add 2.5 oz cooked bacon and 3/4 c cheese

Add 4 green onions, 1 tsp salt, 1 1/2 tsp pepper

Mix well and serve!
