1/2 Tbsp
Flax Seed
Drizzle

Add 2/3 Cup of Greek Yogurt to bowl

Add 1/2 Cup of Frozen Blueberries

Crush up a Power Crunch Bar (or any protein bar of choice) & add it to your bowl!
