Loaded Korean Kimchi Fries & BIBIGO Bulgogi
Marinate chopped steak with BIBIGO KOREAN BBQ for 30 minutes.
Stir fry until caramelized. I’m making extra for another use - I’ll link it at the end!
Prepare your fries. I like waffle fries for this. They make a nice scoop for the toppings.
Top fries with Bibigo bulgogi and chopped kimchi.
Drizzle on warmed queso. Sprinkle on cilantro, green onion, and sesame seeds if you have them.
