Loaded Potato Soup
Sauté onions and minced garlic until translucent.

Add in potatoes, chicken broth, salt and pepper.

Cook until potatoes are tender. Mash half of potatoes with potato masher to thicken.

Reduce heat. Add in softened cream cheese cut into cubes. Stir.

Once cream cheese fully melted, serve immediately.

Top with your favorite baked potato toppings such as shredded cheese, crumbled bacon and sliced green onion.
