Cream the butter to soften.

Add the granulated sugar and cream.

Add the powdered sugar and cream.

Stream in the oil.

Add the eggs and almond emulsion.

Measure the flour in a small bowl.

Add the cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.

Add the flour mixture slowly to the mixer.

Scoop a large ball of dough and roll in granulated sugar. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Smash the balls with the bottom of a glass and bake at 350 F for 8 minutes.

To make the icing cream the butter to soften.

Add sour cream and almond emulsion.

Add powdered sugar and salt. Then stream in milk.

Add food coloring of choice.

Let the cookies cool completely and then ice with icing.

Top with sprinkles of choice. Refrigerate until you are ready to eat.
