Cookie Base; Biscoff spread; chocolate spread. Lotus Chocolate Tart at its best

Blitz Lotus cookies. Add butter & combine. Press out onto dish/tart pan. Refrigerate

Melt Biscoff spread. Pour over crust. Refrigerate

Bring cream to a boil

Add in chopped chocolate, butter, spread. Whisk all till thick and well combined

Pour into dish. Refrigerate till it’s set

Garnish with cookie crumbs

Drizzle leftover spread (melted)

Add some Lotus Cookies
