Lotus Ice Cream Cake
Lotus Biscoff crumb base,topped with vanilla ice cream-blended in with Biscoff spread & toffee bits

Blitz 1 pack cookies; 1 tbsp sugar; 4 tbsp melted butter
Press down into bottom of lined springform pan. Bake at 350F for 8-10 mins. Cool completely
In a large bowl, dish out 1 tub ice cream. I used French Vanilla. You can use plain vanilla too
Add 1 cup softened lotus spread, and 1 cup toffee bits. Mix till well combined
Pour over crust. Smoothen the top. Garnish with cookie crumbs and toffee bits. Freeze overnight
