Lotus Root, Kabocha, And Hijiki Salad
Ingredients: lotus root, kabocha, dried hijiki, soy sauce, and sugar
Soak dried hijiki in water for 10 minutes, and preheat an oven to 230 C

Drain the water

Cut kabocha into thin slices

Peel and cut lotus root into thin slices

Place the slices on a baking try, and roast for 7 minutes in the oven

Add oil to a frying pan, then hijiki, soy sauce, sugar, and stir fry until the sugar is dissolved
