Low & Slow Cooked Barbecue Ribs
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Then generously apply Carolina Dirt rub to both sides

Wrap the ribs in foil lined with a piece of parchment. Let sit for 24 to 48 hrs in the refrigerator.

Pre-heat oven to 300. Place ribs on foil and parchment lined pan. Let ribs come to room temperature.

Bake uncovered for 2 1/2 hrs.

Remove ribs from oven. Brush both sides generously with Lillie’s Q Carolina BBQ sauce.

Place back in oven for an additional 30 minutes or until super tender.

Serve with a side of BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
