•Low Carb •Keto Easy Broccoli Slaw
Add broccoli slaw to a bowl
Add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/4 cup dried cranberries no sugar added
In a separate bowl add 1 cup mayo, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 1 squirt liquid stevia
Add 2 tsp salt & 1/4 tsp pepper and stir. Thin out with 2-3 tablespoons water if needed
Pour dressing over slaw, stir, adjust seasonings to taste. Refrigerate overnight
I like to add a little hot sauce to mine...ENJOY 😋
