Low-Cal Pumpkin Cookies
Add pumpkin and melted butter to a medium sized bowl.

Add vanilla, spices, and salt.

Add almond milk and Truvia Sweet Complete.

Blend your oats and add them in. Also add your baking soda.

Add chocolate chips and walnuts if desired.

Scoop onto parchment paper into 12 even balls.

Flatten out using a spatula or clean fingers.

Bake at 350 for ten minutes. Then let cool.

Prepare frosting and when cookies are cool frost and garnish them.

Save leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container.
