Low-carb cheesecake
What you'll need
32 oz
Cream Cheese (filling)
3 tbsp
Granulated Swerve Sweetener (crust)

Eggs (filling)
1 Cup
Powdered Swerve Sweetener (filling)
1/3 Cup
butter, melted (crust)
2 Cups
Almond Flour (crust)
1 tsp
Vanilla (for filling)
1 tsp
Cinnamon (crust)
1tsp
Vanilla (for filling)
Preheat oven to 350f, then grease 9in springform pan. Next, combine flour, butter, sweetener, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Press crust dough into bottom of greased pan, bake for 10-12 minutes.

After crust finishes, take out and let it cool for at least 10 more minutes.

In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sweetener at medium speed until fluffy. I cubed my cream cheese to make it a bit easier on the blender

After the sweetener is mixed in, mix your eggs in one at a time until fully combined.

After all eggs are beaten in, add in your vanilla.

Finally, pour the filling over your crust, and bake for 45-55 minutes, until the center looks set and it's slightly brown around the edges.
