make ahead smoothies with fruit and yogurt

chopped fruit
1 tablespoon
flax meal
1/2 cup
yogurt
3/4 cup
orange juice
gather the ingredients

chop 2 cups of fruit

use any combination of fruits you like

place the fruit in a baggie

add 1 tablespoon flax meal, seal the baggie, and give it a shake

place the fruit filled baggie in the freezer until ready to make a smoothie

when you want to make a smoothie, grab the frozen fruit from the freezer

break up the fruit if it’s frozen together

add the fruit, 3/4 cup juice, and 1/2 cup yogurt to the blender. use your favorite juice or any type of milk.
