What you'll need

Icing Sugar
Add the sugar bit by bit to the egg whites whisking together each time.

Keep adding and whisking in the sugar until it is all incorporated.

Once you’ve added all the sugar whisk until you have a smooth thick texture.

Now start adding the icing sugar bit by bit using a spatula

Keep folding the icing sugar into the mixture

Mix until it is smooth and has the consistency you can see here

Fill a pastry bag with a star tip

Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and squeeze gently in circular motions to make meringues

Bake for 2 hours at 100 degrees Celsius
