1 3/4 cup
GF Baking Flour (or All Purpose Flour)
Coconut (or White) Sugar
Milk (dairy or Non-dairy)
1 1/2 cups
Mix eggs, milk, and coconut oil in a standard mixer.
Mix together 1 cup of the flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, and baking powder to a large bowl.
Add the dry mixture to the egg mix.
Add mashed banana and mix on low until combined.
Add vanilla and remaining 3/4 cup flour, and mix just until combined.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into a parchment-lined pan. Bake at 350F for 80 minutes.
