Combine eggs and sugar into your mixing bowl. Mix well.

Mix in room temperature milk

Add room temperature butter

Add sugar and yeast to warm water. Let it sit for 5 mins until foamy!

Add flour to mixture one cup at a time. Use dough hook to combine on low speed

Add yeast with last cup of flour

Mix well and add mahlab. Dough should be thick and sticky

Let rise covered for 4 hours, your dough will rise and be soft when ready

Pull off a ball of dough. Roll into 5 inch log and divide almost until the end. Roll the ends to shape a ❤️

Brush with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds

Bake @350 degrees for 30 mins until golden brown
