Chicken Thighs Or Cut Up Fryer Chicken 4 Lbs.

1 Bunch Watercress Or Mustard Cabbage

Chicken Boullion 3 Tbsp
Ginger thumb Size Piece

3 C. Water
Hit sauté. Add chicken, 3 Tbsp. Chix boullion and 3 cup water.

Cover and turn knob to seal. Hit meat/stew and set timer to 10-15 min.

Cut watercress 2 inches

Quick release pressure. Hit sauté and add watercress. Simmer for 5 min.
