What you’ll need
Chicken Thighs
Bay leaf 6
1/4 Cup Of Water
1/4 C Shoyu
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
Garlic 6 Cloves
Put Sauté function on and put chicken in on top of IP rack.

Add 1/4 c. Shoyu

Add Shoyu, vinegar, and water

Apple cider vinegar

Add garlic and bay leaves

Cover and press meat/stew and 10 min.

Done in IP. Put in stove top pot skin side down with some of the liquid from IP. Boil on high.

Hear that sizzling? Now you flip it and it’s done.
