What you’ll need
Oxtails 6-10 Pieces
Cilantro 1 Bunch
Mustard Cabbage 1 Head Or 1 Bunch Watercress
Ginger thumb Size Piece
Bean Thread 2 Packages (2oz)
Tofu (Firm) (optional)
Knorr Beef Boullion 3 Tbsp.
Raw Peanuts 1 Cup (optional)
Hit sauté function. Put your oxtail, water, beef bouillion, and ginger
On sauté function, bring water to a boil to build heat before putting IP cover
Seal, press meat/stew. 30 min for soft meat, 45 for really soft.
While oxtail is cooking, soak noodles in hot water for 10 min and cut it with scissors.
Quick release pressure
Voila. Pour out some of the soup if you want less soup or remove the oily top from oxtail.
Turn sauté function on. Add your noodles, greens, and tofu. The greens and tofu are optional.
