Hot glue a pumpkin shape and double up on the outer sections- this will help prevent spills inside
1
Set a drip pan larger than your canvas and a base to raise it up - I used a plastic cup of water
2
Start with a base color, this will help other colors spread easier
3
Brush color away from the edges to prevent pooling later on (pooling can leak over our glue outline)
4
Add your second color and tilt your canvas to spread it- always watch the glue outline for spillage
5
Add your other colors - it’s easy to go over board, so try to limit the number of pours
6
Paint in your pumpkin - painting after you pour allows you to cover any spills that leaked over
7
Once dry, pull off the glue - I used tweezers to help
8
Fill in sections and clean up rough lines and edges with a paint brush
9
You can see that it’s not perfect, but it is totally unique!
