Create a mound of flour with a well in the center. (Make sure to wipe down your surface first)

Crack 3 large eggs into the center.

Whisk eggs together with fork, slowly pull in flour from the sides a little at a time.

Once all combined dough shouldn’t stick to fingers but also not to dry. You may have leftover flour.

Knead dough for 5-10 minutes.

Wrap in cling wrap and set to the side for 15 minutes.

Lightly dust countertop with flour. Place dough in center. Cut dough into 1 inch sections.

Set up pasta maker. Start on 1st setting and do 2 full passes.

Drag through flour on each side. Switch handle to fettuccine noodle setting.

Make sure to grab the pasta as it comes out. Set pasta aside on dish and dust with flour.

Add your finished pasta to a pot of boiling water or into the freezer to use another night.
