Melted Butter
3 3/4 cups
All-purpose Flour
Course Salt

Baking Soda

Whisk yeast and water

Add brown sugar, salt and butter

Add one cup of flour at a time and mix

If the dough is still sticky, add 1/4 cup more flour

On a floured surface, knead the dough for three minutes

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Fill a large pot with water and add baking soda. Bring to a boil

Separate dough in to 12 equal pieces

Roll out each ball to about 20 inches

Twist the ends together

And fold over the bottom

Prepare all 12

Then add to boiling water for 20 seconds

Place on baking sheet and add coarse salt

Bake for 12-15 minutes

Cool on a rack before enjoying
