What you'll need
1/2 cup
Raw Almonds
1/4 cup
Olive Oil

Minced garlic cloves

14 oz Can Crushed Tomatoes

8oz Jar Roasted Bell Peppers
1 tsp
Sea Salt
1 TBS
Smoked Paprika
Heat oil over low heat.

Add in minced garlic.

Stir and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add in almonds.

Add in tomatoes.

Add in roasted bell peppers.

Stir well and let the flavors simmer together for a minute.

Pour mixture into a food processor.

Pulse to combine (but make sure NOT to purée it. You want it to be a bit chunky).

ENJOY! Store in fridge. Serve w/ tacos, over pasta, on seafood, etc!
