Make Skinny Chicken Salad Wraps
What you'll need
3 cups (approx)
Organic roasted chicken (rotisserie to save time)
1/2 cup
Chopped walnuts
1/2 cup
Red grapes, halved

Red apple
1 head
Large Bibb lettuce leaves (or similar head lettuce)
1 container
Dairy free Greek yogurt (kite hill almond based Greek style, plain unsweetened)
4 tsp
Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp
Manuka honey
1/8 tsp
Sea salt
1/8 tsp
Black pepper
1/2 cup
Celery (chopped)
Combine chopped walnuts, grapes, celery and apple

Make dressing (Greek yogurt, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt and pepper), prep lettuce and chicken

Mix ingredients and dressing to combine, spoon into lettuce cups
