Neon Food Coloring
Lucky Charm Marshmallows
White Candy Melts
Heavy Whipping Cream
Stripe Cake Scraper
Stack and crumb coat cake.

Color buttercream and put in separate bags. Place white icing in bag with 1M tip.

Ice cake with a thick layer of white frosting.

Scrape your cake with stripe scraper

Pipe alternating colors in empty stripe spots. Then scrape cake to reveal lines.

Mix 2:1 candy melts to heavy whipping cream then microwave 30sec and stir till combined

Place ganache in bag with a cut tip. Then pipe drip

Add sprinkles one by one on the drips and sprinkle some on top.

Use 1M tip to pipe a border in a overlapping circular motion. Then top center w lucky charm marshmal
