Make Strawberries & Cream Protein Muffins
What you'll need
105 g
Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
48 g
Organic Coconut Flour
180 g
100% Pure Pumpkin
180 g
Unsweetened Applesauce
275 g
Egg Whites
6 g
Vanilla Extract
10 g
Baking Powder
90 g
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and start by dicing your strawberries into small chunks
Mix all of your dry and wet ingredients in seperate bowls to prevent clumping
Mix your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients one half at a time
Add your diced strawberries into your mix, saving some to put on top
Spoon batter into a jumbo muffin pan lined with baking cups, adding strawberries to the top
Bake for ~35-40 minutes or until tops are firm and crispy. Let muffins cool, then enjoy!
