Make The Perfect Poached Eggs!
Grab a fresh egg, two bowls, a strainer, salt, and apple cider vinegar.

Bring some water to a boil. Wait for bubbles to form.

Crack the egg on top of the strainer to let excess liquid drip out, then transfer egg to clean bowl

Gently transfer remaining egg onto a clean bowl

Bring water to a bowl, reduce to low-medium heat. Then add salt, and 1 tsp or 1/2 tbsp ACV

Create a little swirl, then drop egg and poach for 2 to 2.5 mins.

After 2-2.5 mins, bring out the egg, dab onto paper towel, then plate how you like!

I served with some halloumi, avocado, smoked fish, tomatoes, and seasoning.
