Making Beeswax Food Wraps
Supplies: you need parchment paper, a paint brush, tongs, an 8x8 sq of fabric & beeswax pellets.
If you have pinking shears, cut the edges of your fabric.
Place the pattern side down on the parchment paper and sprinkle the fabric with beeswax pellets.
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees and place your sheet in the oven for 8 minutes.
Time to take your fabric out of the oven & off parchment paper. Before it cools, brush the wax even.
I run my fabric under cool water and let the wax set. After it dries, it is ready for use.
Ta da! An eco friendly way to cover dishes & store food in your refrigerator :)
