Making PB+J Energy Bites
Add ½ cup old fashioned oats, ½ cup freeze-dried raspberries and ¼ teaspoon sea salt to a food processor.

Process until the mixture is almost a powder.

Add 3 cups pitted dates...

... and ½ cup nut butter.

Pulse a few times and process until mixture comes together.

The mixture should hold together when you pinch it between your fingers.

Using a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop, portion mixture and roll into a ball between your palms (I use gloves because it’s not as messy 😂)

Store in fridge. Enjoy!
