Malva Pudding: SA's Best
Melt and simmer butter, appricot jam and milk

Beat 1 egg and brown sugar, then add vanilla and apple cider vinegar

Add cake flour, baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt into the egg mixture and mix

Add the milk mixture and continue to mix

Transfer into a baking dish and bake @175°c for 35min

Caramel sauce: evaporated milk, caramel, brown sugar, butter and vanilla, bring all to a boil

Pour the sauce over the malva and Enjoy 💕
