In a mixing bowl, add mango pulp, condensed milk and cool whip.

Blend on a medium speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth.

Add in crushed pistachios and mix well.

Pour into Kulfi molds or popsicle molds. Close the lid, freeze for 8 hours or overnight.

Once kulfi is set, remove it from the molds. Garnish with pistachio and serve immediately.
