Place frozen mango chunks (that have been thawed) along with full fat coconut milk and honey into a high powered blender and blend until smooth

Pour the mango mixture into silicone popsicle molds (leaving a little room at the top)

Place a stick into each mold

Freeze until set, at least 4 hours

To remove from the molds, run some warm water over the molds and gently remove. EAT!
