Maple Apple Pork Chops

Prep your ingredients before you begin.
Season pork with salt & pepper. Dredge in flour. Heat oil over med-high. Cook pork 3 min per side.
When pork is cooked through, remove to a plate. Add butter to pan over med. Add apples & shallot.
Cook 1 min. Add maple & brandy. Deglaze pan. Add cream & mustard. Raise heat, cook 5 min to thicken.
Add pork back to the pan to warm.
Garnish, if desired. Serve pork chops topped with apples and maple-brandy sauce. Enjoy!
What you'll need
All Purpose Flour
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Apples (sweet Like Fuji)
Brandy (or apple juice)
