Maple Bourbon Glazed Carrots & Pears
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

Peel 12 rainbow carrots

Cut 3 pears In half and remove seeds with melon baller

Add carrots & pears skin side down to a parchment lined sheet pan

Melt 3 Tbls butter, add 4 Tbls real maple syrup & 1 Tbls bourbon

Drizzle mixture over top of carrots and pears

Thyme to add the thyme!

Now Sprinkle with Aleppo pepper, fresh cracked black pepper & a bit of sea salt

Bake for 12 minutes

Remove from oven and turn carrots and pears over, sprinkle with more Seasoning

Return to oven for about 8-10 minutes. Look for bubbling and pear skin a bit wrinkled

Remove and sprinkle with pomegranate arils & a few fresh thyme sprigs
