Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Carrots
Prep your ingredients before you begin. Preheat oven to 425F.
Toss vegetables in a bowl with melted butter and maple syrup. Spread out onto a sheet pan and season with salt and pepper.
Roast 25-30 minutes, tossing several times, until tender and starting to caramelize.
Sprinkle with minced fresh parsley or thyme, if desired, and serve warm.
