Add CMC or Tylo to fondant. Add dots of gel food colour and roll. Roll out to reveal the effect.

Cut out hexagons from the marbled fondant.

Press leaf stencil onto the surface and use different hues of green dusts to lightly brush through.

Rotate your stencil so each topper is slightly different to the others.

Trim the shapes to neaten up.

Add personalised details using letter stamps.

Core cupcakes and fill with jam. Replace the lids.

Pipe a swirl of buttercream on top.
