Matcha Dalgona Coffee

1 tbsp
high-grade Matcha
2 tbsp
White Sugar
2 tbsps
Boiling Water
2 cups
Oat Milk
Hand Whisk
1/4 tsp
Cream of tartar
1/4 cup
Chickpea Brine
Whisk chickpea brine and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Takes about 5-10 min.
In separate bowl add sugar, boiling water and matcha until sugar crystals have dissolved.
Pour matcha-sugar mixture into the bowl with chickpea fluff and mix until everything is combined.
Fill your glass with ice and favorite plant based milk. (Oat milk is my go to)
Scoop cloud onto the top.
Add straw, mix and enjoy.
