Meal Prep 101: Fajita Bowls
How I Meal Prep

Get some veggies, a protein and a starch of your choice! Cut and get ready!

To a Sheet Pan or a Stone Bar Pan add veggies first and then Protein goes on top

Use the Kitchen Spritzer to add some oil to your grub

Check it Out!! Put it in the Oven - 400 for 30-35 Mins

Add Diced Potatoes to a Ziploc bag to coat with oil and seasonings efficiently

Add 2 tbsp and Seasoning to bag...shake!!

Add Potato in a single layer to each Cooking Tray of the Deluxe Air Fryer

Set to Air Fry setting for 25 mins

Rotate the Trays Halfway through with the Mini Oven Mitts

Protein and Veggies are finished!

Don’t forget the Taters

Assemble with taters on the bottom, the veggies, top with protein! Separate in containers for the week!! Done ✅
