Mediterranean Salmon
Dry the fish!

Dry fish will crisp. Wet fish will steam.

Coat fish in olive oil

And lots of Greek Island Blend!

Make sure all sides are evenly coated.

Preheat pan over medium heat and coat with oil. Place fish skin side down in the pan.

Cook for 3-4 minutes.

Flip and cook 3-4 more minutes.

Remove from the pan and serve right away. Enjoy!
