2 cups
Flour
1/4 cup
Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cup
Olive Oil
3/4 teaspoon
Kosher Salt
1/2 cup
Water
Pinch
Flaky Sea Salt
Rolling Pin (Or A Bottle)

Adjust your oven racks to be 1/3 and 1/2 from the top. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

Mix the flour, whole wheat flower and salt.

Add the olive oil and 1/2 cup of water and mix.

Add more water and mix until the dough becomes pliable.

Flour the counter and kneed until it’s a smooth ball.

Cut into 4 equal parts.

Dust the counter with flour and roll out 1 piece until it’s translucent.

Transfer to a baking sheet and use a fork to punch lots of small holes. Then sprinkle with sea salt.

Repeat on the 2nd piece.

Place the two tays in the over for 8 minutes or until they are getting golden brown.

While they’re baking, roll out the remaining two pieces.

Transfer the matzo to a cooking rack.
