Cook brown rice. You need 3 cups cooked rice.

Brown your ground beef.

Add chopped peppers and onions.

Add minced garlic.

Cook until meat and veggies are done.

Add 2 cans diced tomatoes with green chilies.

Add 1 can drained black beans and drained pinto beans. Add 4 oz cream cheese and stir until melted.

Add cooked brown rice and stir. Serve. Optional toppings: green onion, salsa, or sour cream.
