Mexican Shredded Beef Flautas
You will need some shredded beef. I cooked mine with onion, garlic, salt and bay leaves.
You also need corn tortillas. Heat them in the microwave, let them rest and them "separate" them.
To make your flautas: put some shredded beef on the tortilla, then roll up tight.
Heat some oil and fry your flautas until crispy. Turn once.
Remove flautas from oil and put them in a plate with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
For green salsa boil tomatillos, small piece of onion and serrano peppers. You will also need cilantro and sea salt.
Put all the ingredients for the salsa in the blender, add some water and blend. Add more water to your liking.
To serve: salsa on the plate, then flautas. On top: crema, shredded cabbage or lettuce, pickled onions, radishes and queso fresco if you have.
