Remove husk and silks from 4 ears of corn.

Spray corn with avacado oil using the kitchen spritzer.

Sprinkle Smokey Applewood on corn & place on grill. Add 1/2 an onion & jalapeño to grill. 8-10 min

Grate 3 oz Parmesan Cheese & 8 oz of Pepperjack.

Remove corn kernels using the Kernel Cutter into the Rockcrok.

Use MFP to chop grilled onion & jalapeño. Add to corn.

Add 1/4 c mayo & 1/4 c Greek yogurt, 2 garlic cloves, juice & zest from one lime.

Cover with foil and place on grill for 8-10 min.
