Add a little veggie stock to pot; Sauté onions, bell peppers, jalapeños, and garlic and let simmer for 5 mins
Add all the spices mixing well and adding more veggie stock if needed to prevent pot from sticking; Then add tomato paste and stir well
Add all canned beans, tomatoes, and corn to the pot and stir until well mixed then add in maple syrup
Let simmer for 10-15 mins
