What you'll need
Ground Flax Seed
Frozen Riced Cauliflower
Microgreens or Spinach/Kale
To a speed blender add almond or oat milk.
Add banana, flax seed, protein powder.
Add frozen riced cauliflower. Yep! Go for it!
Add a big handful of microgreens, or spinach/kale. Then add your favorite frozen fruit.
