You can enjoy the next stretches seated on a chair, couch, or your mat!

Soften the shoulders and bring the ear in the direction of the shoulder. For more sensations open the arm by the side and wiggle the fingers

Continue with some neck circles leading the movement with the nose

Roll the shoulders back, if you want more sensations you can bring the fingertips on top of the shoulders. Choose the variation that feels amazing!

Enjoy a side bend to the right and left. Reach from your whole side body

Move your torso forward and back making circles in both directions

Inhale, arch your back in your seated cow, exhale round the spine in your seated cat

Reach the arms up, interlace the fingers and press up, back and forward

Finally hinge at the hips and fold forward. Release the neck and head
