Milk & Caramel Cake ( Trilece)
To make the caramel sauce: In a pan add 1 cup of sugar and let it caramelize then add 1 1/2 tbsp of butter , then add 1 cup of milk and keep stirring

Keep stirring until all the sugar crumbs melted

Mix 2 tbsp of corn starch with 2 tbsp of milk then add it to the caramel sauce to thicken , control the thickness with adding more milk as needed

Mix the eggs with the sugar until whitening

Sift the flour, salt and baking powder and combine them

Gently combine the ingredients together

Brush a deep 8oz pan with butter then bake it at 325f for 20/25 minutes

Use a toothpick to make sure it fully cooked, then make as much holes as you can

Milk mix : Mix 1 cup of milk + 1/3 cup of heavy whipping Cream + 1tbsp of sugar, then pour it into the cake once it warm , here is the magic 😁

Whipping Cream: Mix 1 cup of heavy whipping Cream + 2 tbsp of powdered sugar + 1 tsp of vanilla until thickened

Add the whipping Cream in the top of the cake but leave 2 tbsp of cream to garnish

Then add the caramel sauce and spread it equally

Start drawing lines then use the toothpick to garnish it in a basic style

Let it rest in the cooler for at least 2 hours

So spongy, milky and delicious
