Cut pie crust into 8 even triangles.

Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet to prevent sticking.

Mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice (reserve 2T) and sprinkle over crusts.

Add chopped pecans, if desired.

Place an apple slice onto smallest end of each triangle. Roll from the point to the opposite end.

Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle on the reserved sugar and spice mixture.

Bake at 425F until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Let cool before serving.
