Mini Crab Cake Sandwiches With Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato

the ingredients

sauté onion and celery in butter

put sautéed vegetables in a bowl and add crab meat

add Worcestershire sauce, seafood seasoning, mustard and mayonnaise

add beaten egg, seasoned bread crumbs, bacon and parsley

gently stir to combine the ingredients

form into 12 crab cakes

refrigerate for 20 minutes

sauté the crab cakes in melted butter

sauté for 3 - 4 minutes per side

remove the crab cakes from the pan

assemble the sliders ~ spread mayonnaise on roll, top with crab cake, tomato, lettuce and top with roll
