What you'll need
Mini Gluten Free Scone Ingredients
Preheat oven to 190 Celsius

Add 1 1/2 cups of oats to your blender

Blend until a fine powder (stop & stir a couple of times)

You should end up with this

Add 1/4 cup of coconut flour

Add 3 tablespoons of coconut sugar

Add 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder

Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Blend to combine (stop and stir a couple of times)

Add 3 tablespoons of coconut oil

Blend to combine (again stop & stir a couple of times)

Add 1/2 cup of water & blend to combine

Pop your dough on a chopping board, lightly dust with coconut flour and massage

Flatten the dough and use cookie cutter to cut out your scones

Ready for the oven, pop on parchment paper on a rack or tray & bake for 12 minutes

Voila...serve with reduced sugar jam or marmalade
